Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Address employee queries and concerns effectively, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives.
• Policy Development & Compliance:
• Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation with confidentiality.
• HR Operations & Administration:
• Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
• Employee Training & Development:
• Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
