Role & responsibilities

a) Sound knowledge in HR activities.

b) Knowledge on recruitment, man power analysis, time office activities, code of conduct

c) Knowledge in collecting, planning, and execution of training and maintaining those records.

d) Analyze and plan for required activity to improve individual competency /skills to meet customer requirements.

e) Knowledge on quality systems standards like IATF 16949 Standards

f) Control & Monitoring of attendance of employees, attrition rate, absenteeism, reporting accident and incidents.

g) Communication and Presentation skills.

h) Drive HR team to achieve departmental Quality objectives and awareness on Quality Policy

i) Capable of identifying the continuous improvements areas and implementation of the same.

j) Sourcing, screening,shortlisting, conducting interview. Using Job portals like Indeed and Naukri.
