The HR Senior Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing various HR operations and reporting activities for the company’s corporate office and factory units. The role involves maintaining HR data and systems, generating management reports, ensuring compliance tracking, coordinating payroll processes, and supporting the smooth functioning of the HR department across locations. This position requires strong coordination, data management, and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to maintaining accuracy and timelines in HR operations. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. HR Data & System Management Maintain and regularly update the CRM / HR portal with employee information, records, and HR-related data. Coordinate with HR teams at the manufacturing units to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Liaise with the HRMS service provider for troubleshooting, data uploads, and system improvements. 2. Reports & Analytics Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports covering attendance, manpower status, new joiners, separations, and compliance metrics. Prepare management dashboards and HR analytics reports as per senior management requirements. Support the HR Head in data analysis and trend reporting for decision-making. 3. Payroll Coordination Coordinate with HR personnel at factory units to collate attendance and variable data for payroll processing. Verify and validate payroll inputs before finalisation. Ensure timely processing and disbursement of salaries at month-end in coordination with the Accounts department. 4. HR Compliance & Documentation Track HR-related statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, labour returns, gratuity, contract labour records, etc.) for all company units. Compile and submit consolidated compliance reports to senior management on a monthly basis. Maintain records related to employee engagement, policy communication, and disciplinary documentation. 5. Coordination & Communication Act as a central HR coordination point between corporate office and unit-level HR departments. Follow up with units for timely submission of reports, statutory documents, and employee data. Support corporate HR initiatives, training nominations, and employee communication activities. 6. General HR Support Assist in preparation of offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and related HR correspondences. Maintain personnel files and update master records. Handle queries from employees and HR teams promptly and professionally. Support management audits, internal HR reviews, and special projects as assigned. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliances. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS / CRM tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up discipline. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
