Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure hiring of the right talent for each role.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance review processes.
• Manage attendance, leaves, late marks, and ensure accurate payroll processing
• Organize engagement initiatives such as Employee of the Month, tenure recognition, and cultural events.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.

Requirements:

• Education: Post-Graduation in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Female candidates residing along Mumbai’s Western Line.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
