Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience to manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment strategies, oversee core HR operations, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines and innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.

HR Generalist Functions

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and labour laws.
• Must have experience in HRMS portal management. (GretyHR or any other)
• Oversee employee engagement programs to enhance motivation and retention.
• Facilitate performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Handle employee exit processes including exit interviews and smooth transition formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4–5 years of corporate HR experience (preferably in IT/Tech industry).
• MBA in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust across teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
