Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding. 2. Maintain accurate HR records and employee database (attendance, leaves, documentation). 3. Coordinate with recruitment: job postings, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews. 4. Assist with payroll data inputs & compliance with statutory requirements. 5. Handle administrative duties: procurement of office supplies, vendor management. 6. Support office operations: facility upkeep, safety, organizing meetings. 7. Draft and maintain HR policies, internal communications, and employee handbooks. 8. Address employee queries/ grievances, escalate issues when needed. 9. Generate reports & metrics: headcount, attrition, attendance, etc. Required Skills Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 3 years of experience in HR & Administrative roles. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory compliance. Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS / attendance & leave‑management tools. Strong time management, multitasking ability, able to prioritize. Excellent written & verbal communication. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
