Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Guide students and parents on B.Tech courses, colleges, and career options. Admissions Assistance: Provide information about admission procedures, eligibility, scholarships, and documentation support. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads, inquiries, and enrolled students through calls, emails, and meetings. Workshops & Seminars: Conduct webinars, seminars, and one-on-one sessions for career guidance and course awareness. Record Keeping: Maintain student records, counseling notes, and admission status. Collaboration: Work with academic teams, marketing, and admissions departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support. Feedback & Reporting: Gather student feedback, analyze trends, and report on counseling performance.
