Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement unique, trend-oriented social media marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. Create amazing content plans with a strong visual and storytelling approach. Supervise and execute professional photo and video shoots, ensuring brand alignment and production quality. Plan and execute creative campaigns, reels, and viral content ideas tailored to target audiences. Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and social media analytics across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent and premium brand identity. Track, analyze, and report social media performance with insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with current trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Strategist/Expert (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Strong creative mindset with innovative marketing and content ideas. Hands-on experience with shoot planning, direction, and execution. Excellent understanding of content aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling. Deep knowledge of social media growth strategies and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and deliver consistent quality output. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Video editing and basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop). Experience in influencer collaborations or paid ad campaigns. Understanding of brand tone and audience psychology.
