Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (blue & white collar)
Onboarding, documentation, induction & exit formalities
Attendance, payroll input management, overtime/short leave handling
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH)
HR policy drafting & communication
Performance management (KRAs, appraisals, MIS reports)
Employee engagement initiatives (celebrations, team activities)
Grievance handling with maturity & confidentiality

Required Skills & Competencies

Core HR Skills

Recruitment, payroll input preparation, compliance, performance management
HR policy drafting & implementation
Employee engagement & grievance resolution

Technical Skills

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, payroll MIS)
