Salary Range:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (blue & white collar)
• Onboarding, documentation, induction & exit formalities
• Attendance, payroll input management, overtime/short leave handling
• Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH)
• HR policy drafting & communication
• Performance management (KRAs, appraisals, MIS reports)
• Employee engagement initiatives (celebrations, team activities)
• Grievance handling with maturity & confidentiality

Required Skills & Competencies

Core HR Skills

• Recruitment, payroll input preparation, compliance, performance management
• HR policy drafting & implementation
• Employee engagement & grievance resolution

Technical Skills

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, payroll MIS)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit/People, Keka, greytHR, or equivalent)
• Latest AI tools

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal & written communication

Eligibility

• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience (SME/MSME/manufacturing background preferred)
• Vadodara-based candidates only (within 10 km radius of office)
