Flexing It is looking for Freelance Junior HR Specialist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for excellent customer service.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of employee data and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
