Job Description

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.


Flexing It has partnered with a leading multi-specialty hospital who is looking for a Junior HR


Key Responsibilities:


1.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, offer letters, employment contracts, and employee records.
  • Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital) and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing employee queries and basic grievance handling.


2. HR Documentation & Records Management


  • Maintain HR trackers, registers, and standard templates.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Support preparation of HR reports and MIS.



3. Statutory Compliance Support

  • Assist in day-to-day statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc.).
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and consultants for data sharing and filings.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready records.



4. Attendance, Leave & HRMS Administration

  • Support attendance and leave management processes.
  • Assist in HRMS data entry, validation, and employee onboarding on systems.
  • Resolve basic HRMS-related employee issues.



5. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and offer records.
  • Support background verification and joining formalities.



6. Performance & Engagement Support

  • Assist in administering PMS cycles, data collection, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication.
  • Help coordinate training programs and HR initiatives.


Skills Required

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    HR, Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years

    experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Basic knowledge of

    Indian labour laws

    (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)
  • Hands-on experience with

    HR documentation and employee records

  • Working knowledge of

    HRMS, attendance & leave management systems

  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and HR trackers/MIS
  • Strong

    attention to detail

    and process orientation
  • Good

    communication and coordination

    skills
