Experience with HR software or HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR). Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace. Strong communication and organisational skills. The role requires leading a team of sales consultants, achieving sales & revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both retail and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of 6–12 sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets. Drive retail sales (walk-ins, showroom leads) and corporate/fleet sales in Mumbai. Ensure lead allocation, follow-up, test drives, and conversion ratios are consistently met. Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants on product knowledge, upselling, and closing techniques.
