Job Title: HR Operations Executive Experience Required: 2 Years Location: Thane Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc. Maintain and update HRMS and employee records accurately. Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for timely processing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Handle HR documentation offer letters, contracts, exit letters, etc. Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and compliance tasks. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes. Assist in audits and documentation for internal/external purposes. Support in employee engagement and HR initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role. Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Experience with HR software or HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR). Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace. Strong communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred: Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Exposure to employee engagement activities or culture-building initiatives.
