Must have good knowledge for HRO Domain
Manage Data Entry for various transactions on Ultipro Kronos and UKG
Audit Self work
Maintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy
Handle EE query (EE helpdesk)
Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
Demonstrate Customer Orientation.
Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information
