Job Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at Einfolge Technologies in Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes - Leading workforce planning and talent acquisition aligned with business goals - Overseeing performance management, policy enforcement, and disciplinary actions - Handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and team building activities - Maintaining HRMS and accurate employee records - Collaborating with department heads on succession planning and career growth - Conducting ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and ensuring compliance - Drafting HR communications such as offer letters, increment letters, and policy updates - Continuously improving HR processes and fostering cross-functional collaboration Your qualifications should include a Master's degree in HR Management or a related discipline, along with 3-7 years of experience in HR operations.
