Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the branch ( Contact Centre Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention rates. Handle grievances and redressal processes in a timely and professional manner. Analyze attrition data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention policies. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in BPO hiring, Telesales Hiring, Call Centre Recruitment Strong understanding of employee engagement, grievance management, and attrition management principles. Attendance Management, Joining and Exit Formalities. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
