Job Summary

Deputy Manager HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support HR operations across

    multiple sites

    (Pan India), ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with business and site heads to understand manpower needs and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Oversee

    recruitment, onboarding, and induction

    processes for technical and non-technical roles at project and plant sites.
  • Drive

    employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives

    across all locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of

    statutory compliances

    (Factories Act, Contract Labour, ESI, PF, etc.) in coordination with site HR and contractors.
  • Monitor and manage HR documentation, records, and audits.
  • Handle

    employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and IR (Industrial Relations)

    issues with fairness and professionalism.
  • Support training and development programs to build skills and strengthen organizational capability.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and manpower analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for HR-related audits, inspections, and other statutory matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    812 years of experience in HR, preferably from

    Factories, Construction, Mining, or Power Plant

    sectors.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing HR activities across multiple project locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Fluency in

    English and Hindi

    (mandatory);

    Telugu

    will be an added advantage.
  • High degree of ownership, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
