JOB TITLE: - SENIOR HARDWARE ENGINEER

Analog and Digital Hardware Engineer


Job Role and Responsibilities


Design and development of mixed-signal hardware

·      2. Optimize analog circuits for precision signal acquisition, conditioning, and reliable performance under stringent aerospace and defence requirements.

·      3. Interface with microcontrollers, processors, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, DDR, Ethernet, ARINC, MIL-STD-1553).

·      4. Implement proper filtering techniques and isolation to ensure circuit performance and reliability.

·      5. Select military-grade components and ensure robustness in extreme environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, altitude, etc.).

·      6. Lead schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection aligned with system-level architecture and signal integrity requirements.

Skills & Experience 

Mandatory

·      4–5 years of experience in mixed-signal hardware design for defence and aerospace systems.

·      Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet, ARINC, MIL-STD-1553, etc.).

·      Strong background in LTSpice / PSpice / Multisim / Proteus, TINA-TI or equivalent simulation tools for circuit behavior analysis.

·      Hands on experience in dealing with circuit protection, EMI-EMC (CS, EFT, Surge, RS, RE, ESD), understanding of signal integrity.

environmental stress screening (ESS)

·      Familiarity with aerospace/defence qualification processes, compliance requirements, and related documentation.

·      Should know how to perform MTBF and MTTR.

·      Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment.


Preferred


·       Experience in rugged electronics design for airborne, land, or naval platforms.

·       Exposure to MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-810G/H, DO-160.

·       Understanding of RF analog hardware is an advantage.

·       Proven track record of delivering qualified products to defence customers (e.g., DRDO, HAL, BEL, Indian Armed Forces).

·       Ability to operate in a classified development environment with discretion and confidentiality.

·       Collaborative and disciplined team player with a solution-driven mindset.
