Job Title: Senior Lead Hardware Engineer

Role Overview:

Hardware Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Design & Development:

• Create and review Hardware Circuit designs (Analog/Digital) for fire alarm and safety systems.
• Validate layouts and provide input to the Layout design team.
• Strong expertise in low-power design for battery-operated devices (component selection, power budgeting, sleep modes)

• Testing & Debugging:

• Conduct hardware testing (functional, performance, validation) for safety-critical devices.
• Debug hardware issues and ensure compliance with product and safety requirements.

• Simulation & Prototyping:

• Perform circuit simulations (e.g., SPICE).
• Build prototypes and breadboards for concept validation.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure designs meet fire safety standards (e.g., UL, EN54) and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with software, mechanical, and QA teams for hardware-software synergy.
• Maintain detailed documentation for designs, tests, and compliance.
• Leadership:
• Mentor junior engineers and manage small teams effectively
