Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing and improving production capacity
Preparing monthly, weekly production plan & execute after reviewing the available stock, MSL level & forecast
Review special & export orders and provide dispatch commitment to sales team
Inventory accuracy in production warehouse
Co-ordinating with inter department for smooth production operation and providing permanent solutions for abnormalities in production department
Ensuring SAP process implementation for day-to-day production activity
Continuous improvement projects
Production Plan vs Actual Achievement in three stages (SMT, THT, FG)
Manufacturing rejection rate control
Complete work order as per the target
Develop Process quality
Effective utilization of manpower and man hours and attain zero overtime cost every month
Continuous kaizen activity on monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in minimum 10years in Production management

Preferred EMS Industry candidates profile
