Proficiency with electronics & mechanical tools, and machinery, understanding of technical concepts. Strong understanding of design thinking and creative processes. Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways. Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab & syllabus followed in the labs. Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions. Hands-on experience with various students & college projects and tools. Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab. Know about the ATL dashboard Supported students in building exhibition models.
