Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for bancassurance products through bank channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell existing products to increase revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide training and support to bank employees on insurance products and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (preferably from an Insurance Company).
  • Strong understanding of bancassurance sales principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
