An ACH in the agency channel will be responsible for managing a team of FLSs (Front Line Sales) and FC (Financial consultant) i.e, (advisors) within a specific branch office, focusing on sales, recruitment, training, and overall channel performance. Their primary goal is to achieve sales targets, build a high-performing team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Team Management: Drive the Recruitment, training, and mentoring of FLSs and team of advisors, providing ongoing support and coaching. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales, achieve business targets, and develop the agency channel. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with FLSs and FCs, internal stakeholders, and customers. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain accurate records and reports. Channel Support: Provide support to agents with product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service issues. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
