Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets through bancassurance channels.
  • Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth in the agency channel, direct channel sales, and other distribution networks.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (Insurance Sales).
  • Strong understanding of Life Insurance industry dynamics and regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
