Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters), control valves, and other automation devices. Ensure timely calibration and certification of instruments in accordance with industry standards and internal schedules. Troubleshoot and rectify instrumentation issues related to PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and other control systems. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency. Maintain and update instrumentation documentation, calibration records, loop diagrams, and maintenance logs. Coordinate with other departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Operations) for shutdowns, project execution, and improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and environmental regulations. Assist in spare parts planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) for recurring instrument failures. Support installation and commissioning of new instrumentation systems during plant expansion or upgrades. Preferred candidate profile
