Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Chengalpattu. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing various construction projects, directly supervising project teams, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers. The role involves scheduling, resource allocation, logistics management, expediting workflows, and conducting inspections to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Expediting, Expeditor services, and workflow management
• Skills in Inspection and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating the movement of resources and materials
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in industrial infrastructure or civil construction projects is advantageous
