Job Title: Project Manager – SaaS & Product Delivery You will be responsible for ensuring that FranchiseLive and FL-LIC are built, delivered, and scaled efficiently. This includes: Managing development sprints Translating requirements into product tasks Overseeing deadlines and resource allocation Running pilots and event deployments Ensuring product stability, usability, and performance Coordinating between founders, developers, operations, and customers This is not a “document-writing” PM role. This is an ownership-driven execution role . Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Project Management Own the end-to-end delivery of FranchiseLive modules and FL-LIC features Convert product requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories Plan, track, and manage sprints using agile methodologies Maintain prioritised product roadmaps aligned with business goals Drive timely releases with zero ambiguity Stakeholder & Team Coordination Work closely with engineering, design, sales, founders, and clients Manage communication between internal teams and external partners Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and project updates Execution & On-Ground Support Coordinate FL-LIC implementations during events (India, GCC, UK) Oversee exhibitor onboarding, testing, and event-day execution Ensure smooth pilot launches with clear issue-tracking processes Quality & Performance Validate product builds before release Ensure functionality matches acceptance criteria Track bugs, improve stability, and optimise performance Documentation & Process Create SOPs, user guides, onboarding flows, and operational processes Establish scalable workflows for events and SaaS onboarding Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Coordinator in SaaS, event-tech, or enterprise software Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum , sprint planning, and release cycles Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev, design, ops, sales) Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills Experience in event-tech or CRM/lead-management platforms is a plus Ability to travel for event deployments when needed (India & abroad) What You’ll Get Work on a high-growth SaaS product expanding globally Opportunity to shape a flagship franchise-tech ecosystem Direct access to founders, fast decision-making Strong career growth into Head of Product / Ops Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Work from home Experience: IT project management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
