Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role at PILOTIS, located in Kozhikode, Kerala. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects within scope, budget, and timelines, with expertise from concept to completion. Skilled in coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and clients through clear communication and collaboration. Known for prompt decision-making, strategic planning, and precise execution that keeps projects on track. Adept at resource management, risk mitigation, and maintaining quality standards while delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically impactful built environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate with local teams effectively.
• Educational qualifications in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage.
• Applicants must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
