Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager at Malibu, located in South Bengaluru, Karnataka. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and guest arrivals, ensuring rooms are well kept, stocked, and welcoming. The Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring clear client communication, resolving issues with speed and professionalism, gathering actionable feedback, as well as leading marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer satisfaction and service, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of property management and operational excellence within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning to manage resort operations effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Malibu, demonstrating commitment to the role and daily operations.
• Previous experience in hotel or resort management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Kannada and English is required.
