Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and occupancy goals.
2.To recruit, train ,coach, and mentor effectively and continuous employment and retaining both Office and Site.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead-generation campaigns and outreach programs.
3. Manage and qualify leads, conduct site visits, and provide personalized project presentations to prospects.
4. Coordinate with architects, project teams, and consultants to address customer queries related to design, specifications, and amenities.
5. Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to booking, documentation, and final closure presales to post sales closure.
Generate MIS reports to Management on Monthly periodically basis .
Manage Sales team performance and their variable pay and incentive payment
Motivate sale team with innovative strategies.
6. Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets for self and team.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
9. Coordinate with CRM, construction, and finance teams for agreement execution, payment collection, and possession process.
10. Work closely with the marketing, design, and project teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
