1. Must have 1520 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within the real estate and Services Domain.
2. Develop and grow key relationship with Customers and prospective customers including sub- contractors, project engineers and Architects to drive market share and profitable revenue growth in alignment with Organization objectives.
3. Effective communication about strategy, goals and progress.
4. Provide guidance, support, training and discipline as necessary.
5. Communicate effectively with all internal/External stakeholders and collaborate and work effectively across all areas of business including sales/ Marketing and other cross functional teams to achieve common goals in constructive manner.
6. Strong understanding of real estate trends, buyer behaviour, pricing strategies, and legal regulations (RERA).
7. Should have achieved High standards of sales targets consistently.
8. Good Have exposure with Call centre Management, Digital Media Marketing, Creative Advertising, Branding and Creatives.
9. Good Exposure with Pricing Strategies, Market Survey of Pricing.
10. Hands on Experience with M2S and CRM Process
