Vice President Sales

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for India aligned with global business goals
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across semiconductor OEMs, fabless companies, and design houses
  
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions
  
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  
• Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent pipeline growth
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
  
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred
  
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics services.
  
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  
• Strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem in India
  
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  
• Experience working with global teams and clients is a plus
