Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our BFSI Key Accounts division. This role is pivotal in driving growth, deepening client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to leading Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the BFSI domain, proven leadership in account management, and a consultative approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers focused on BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and high performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the senior point of contact for strategic BFSI accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Revenue & Growth:
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, cross-sell and up-sell IT services and solutions, and improve profitability.
Solutioning & Delivery Coordination:
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of customized solutions for BFSI clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to proactively address client needs and inform strategic decisions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track account health, client feedback, and service delivery metrics; identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Reporting & Governance:
Present account performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
1520 years of experience in Key Account Management within the BFSI sector, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in managing large BFSI accounts and delivering IT solutions.
Strong understanding of BFSI business models, regulatory environment, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
Experience working in a CMMI Level 5 organization is preferred.
