Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales process for residential projects from primary and secondary sales to deal closure.
- Conduct site visits to understand project features, amenities, and potential buyers' needs.- Develop marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties through B2B sales channels.- Close deals by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
