Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring projects/clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and acquire new real estate projects/mandates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into business.
• Manage client meetings, site visits, and presentations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure project execution.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain reports on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, developers, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
