This full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager is based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes setting sales targets, monitoring market trends, reporting to senior management, and working closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies, with a minimum of six years of work experience. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients—especially architects, contractors, and interior designers—are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the architectural builders’ hardware, doors, and interiors industry is an added advantage.
