Job Description: Sales and Business Development Manager Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi Industry: Digital Marketing, Website Development, App Development, SaaS Solutions Experience Required: Minimum 3 to Maximum 6 Years Salary Range: Minimum: 360,000 PA + 5 to 10 percent monthly commission Maximum: 700,000 PA + 5 to 10 percent monthly commission About the Role We are hiring a driven Sales and Business Development Manager to grow our digital marketing, app development, and web development services. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a wide professional network, and experience managing and onboarding high-ticket clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in digital marketing and IT services. Generate leads through personal network, referrals, social media, field visits, and industry events. Conduct physical meetings daily with potential clients and perform cold walk-in/physical sales visits. Expand the business through strategic outreach and relationship building. Client Acquisition and Management Handle high-ticket clients with confidence. Onboard clients smoothly and maintain long-term relationships. Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and upsell services. Communication and Coordination Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Sales Strategy and Reporting Maintain monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track KPIs, generate reports, and analyze lead quality. Suggest new ideas for marketing and sales optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and business development in digital marketing and app development. Strong communication in Hindi and English. Large professional network for lead generation. Experience dealing with high-ticket clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of CRM or sales tools is an advantage. Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Additional Preferred Qualities Highly self-driven and target-oriented. Strong relationship building and presentation skills. Professional approach even under pressure. Creative in sales pitching and client handling. Experience in B2B, agency sales, or tech sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹68,527.84 per month
