Business Development Manager – Position Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing the sales and marketing team, driving admissions growth, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, and the institution. The BDM must lead the team effectively, execute sales strategies, and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets. Key Responsibilities 1.Training - Recruit qualified tele-counselors. - Conduct induction, product knowledge training, and communication training. - Ensure understanding of scripts, pitch flows, and CRM tools. 2.
