Role: DGM / AGM / Manager Sales Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore Products: Security & Automation (FPS, CCTV, Locks, ELV & related products) Looking for an experienced Sales Leader (Manager / AGM / DGM) to drive business in the Builder Segment (Residential & Commercial High-Rise) . The role involves builder relations, revenue growth, CXO connects, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Role & responsibilities Build strong connects with top builders (Aparna, My Home, Vasavi, Honer, etc.) and expand database. Drive FPS, CCTV, Locks sales large ticket-size (multi-crore) projects. Engage with MAN (Money, Authority, Need) decision-makers to close deals. Define & execute sales strategy, manage full 7-stage sales cycle . Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets. Deliver proposals & presentations (PPT, Excel, drive sheets). Lead, mentor & train sales team; plan routes & drive performance. Track market trends, competitor activity & ensure brand positioning. Preferred candidate profile 1015 yrs B2B sales exp. in construction/building material/security automation. Minimum 1 long tenure (5+ yrs) in a reputed company. Proven experience in builder segment with strong CXO/decision-maker connects. Excellent communication (Telugu, Hindi & English), strong negotiation & presentation skills.
