Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer/Sales Manager/HR Manager located in Chengalpattu. The Design Engineer will develop and optimize product designs, create CAD models, and ensure adherence to industry standards. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Proven expertise in Design Engineering, Product Design, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing client relationships. Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
