Job Description

Proactively engage in the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly MIS reports on cost incurred in plant operations.
Coordinate with other department members and prepare annual budget on cost.
responsible for variance analysis (vs. budget, previous year & forecast).
Closely examine and monitor costs incurred and take appropriate measures to control the expenses incurred on plant.
Actively involve in the preparation of annual savings plan and taken actions to implement the same and track actual savings compared with annual savings plan.
Calculate the loss of raw materials, productivity of labour and energy and suggest means to reduce loss and increase efficiency.
Submit accurate data and reliable analysis to the management to take informed decisions.
Ability to work effectively with other departments.
