Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and mentor a cross-functional team of backend and frontend developers.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure backend applications using

  Flask

  Django frameworks

• Build and manage APIs using

  Django Rest Framework (DRF)

• Drive frontend development with

  Next.js

  , ensuring responsive and performant applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Apply best practices in

  software architecture, optimization, and security

• Use

  PyCharm

  and modern IDE workflows effectively.
• Take ownership of urgent deliverables and perform hands-on coding/debugging when required.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support adoption of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience

  in software development with strong full stack expertise.
• Deep hands-on expertise in

  Python (Django, Flask, DRF)

  .
• Proven experience with

  frontend technologies (React.js, Next.js)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, authentication, and caching

  .
• Experience in delivering large-scale web application projects.
• Proficiency with

  Git

  , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  ).
• Strong architectural design, scalability, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
