Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Sumanas Technologies, you will be a valuable member of our high-performing development team. Your role will involve: - Leading end-to-end development using Laravel, React, and occasionally Node.js. - Architecting backend and frontend systems with scalability and performance in mind. - Designing efficient database schemas and optimizing large data handling through query optimization, asynchronous processing, caching, indexing, and incremental loading. - Using GitHub or Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD workflows. - Implementing features using advanced Laravel concepts like middleware, accessors, mutators, factories, and soft deletes for robust and scalable applications. - Performing peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. - Mentoring junior developers and supporting continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge of Laravel (Latest version) including routing, Eloquent ORM, queues, event handling, and API creation. - Strong proficiency in React.js (Latest version) with expertise in component-based design, hooks, and state management (Redux/Zustand). - Proficiency in Python, Wordpress, React.js. - Familiarity with Node.js (Preferred) for API services, real-time applications, or microservices. - Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Proficient in version control using GitHub or Bitbucket. - Familiarity with Dev Tools like Postman, Docker (basic), Composer, Webpack/Vite, and NPM/Yarn.
