Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at this company, your role will involve building scalable web systems and shaping AI-integrated tools, microservice-based utilities, and client-facing product demos. You will work closely with the Solution Architect (Founder-led) to gain exposure to product strategy, architecture, and LLM-powered innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build modular REST APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django) - Develop responsive frontend components in React or Vue - Model relational databases using PostgreSQL or MySQL - Implement secure JWT-based authentication, RBAC, and form validation - Integrate with 3rd-party APIs such as SendGrid, Mailchimp, Microsoft Teams, and Graph API - Assist in deployment to Azure App Service or Google Cloud Run - Develop new user-facing features and enhancements using Next.js, Material UI, and TypeScript - Work on Next.js APIs that interact with large datasets to manage user accounts and data submissions - Collaborate with software developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to implement high-quality features - Translate business requirements into secure, flexible, and scalable results - Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and troubleshooting - Support in refining feature requirements and testing plans - Create intuitive user experiences based on user flows, wireframes, and mockups **AI & Product Tooling (Next Phase):** - Create AI-powered web tools using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs - Build tools using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - Participate in brainstorming client-facing solutions **Dev Workflow & Internal Automation:** - Support CI/CD pipeline setup, Git-based deployments, and cloud configs - Work with task queues for background jobs - Develop reusable modules across services **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5-8 years of full stack or backend-focused experience - Strong in React.js, Node.js OR Python, PostgreSQL/MySQL - Deep understanding of modular architecture, REST APIs, JWT, RBAC, and workflow integration - Experience with Git, code reviews, environment config, and API documentation **Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):** - Familiarity with LLM APIs, LangChain, embeddings, vector stores - Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Azure App Services, Google Cloud Run - Worked on SaaS platforms, internal tools, or POCs for AI integration In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful products from the ground up, receive mentoring from a Solution Architect with a strong domain and AI background, work on platform and AI product prototypes, and grow into long-term technical leadership or innovation roles.
