Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI, with 3–5 years of experience. The position is located in Noida. You must have strong expertise in Generative AI, a solid product mindset, and the ability to lead and deliver. If you’ve explored frameworks like Google AgentSpace, built LLM tools, or developed agentic workflows, we want to talk.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the

  development of GenAI & Agentic tools

  , LLM-based apps, and intelligent agents
• Build and optimize

  multi-agent pipelines

  using tools like

  LangChain

  ,

  AutoGen

  , or

  Google AgentSpace

• Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy

  LLM/NLP models

  , integrate APIs, and streamline deployment
• Manage AI engineering workflow — from research to PoC to scalable code
• Mentor junior AI engineers and

  guide code quality, architecture, and debugging

• Collaborate on

  client proposals, technical solutioning, and product roadmaps

• Represent ISIR.AI in

  client demos and professional networks

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years

  of experience in AI/ML product development
• Hands-on experience with

  LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

  , embeddings, and tool integration
• Practical knowledge of

  LangChain

  ,

  AutoGen

  ,

  Google AgentSpace

  , or similar frameworks
• Experience building

  Generative AI tools

  , agents, or intelligent assistants
• Strong Python skills, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker, and Git
• Solid understanding of

  MLOps pipelines

  , vector stores, and model deployment
• Great communication and product thinking
