1. Junior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis across business functions – Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Project Execution.
• Prepare financial models for real estate projects, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and cash flow analysis.
• Monitor competitor performance, pricing strategies, and industry benchmarks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Assist in analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and channel performance.
• Work closely with project, sales, and finance teams to gather and validate data.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for management reviews and investor discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA/ MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred) with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving ability.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros preferred).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization.
• Good knowledge of real estate business metrics and financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

2. Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deep-dive analysis across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Civil Execution to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop, review, and maintain financial models for large-scale projects, including feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and long-term forecasting.
• Advise management on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Evaluate competitor strategies, market dynamics, and industry opportunities.
• Drive strategic MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring best practices in analysis and reporting.
• Support leadership in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA/ MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred) with 6+ years of financial analysis experience (real estate industry preferred).
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and business analytics.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
