Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end architectural design and planning of residential real estate projects.Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.Coordinate with clients and consultants to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and innovations in architecture and residential design.Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to senior leadership and clients.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.10–15 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of residential real estate projects.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max and other relevant design software.In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and green building practices.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Registered Architect certification (preferred but not mandatory).What We Offer:Opportunity to work on landmark residential developments.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and career growth opportunities.To Apply:Please send your resume and portfolio to [careers@ankurahomes.com] with the subject line “Application for Senior Architect – Ankura Homes.”
