Senior Architect

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect (STA) at Bank of America, you will lead significant workstreams to implement and maintain end-to-end automated solutions. Collaborating with the ServiceNow Global Development Team, you will play a key role in addressing complex challenges and feature design on the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with the Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will contribute to solution fit, platform scalability, and implementation best practices. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining target architecture, enforcing engineering standards, guiding development teams, managing code quality control, and ensuring alignment with the target state architecture. Additionally, you will assist in triaging and resolving issues during all phases of development, as well as providing input on implementation design for complex features. Key Responsibilities: - Lead significant workstreams to implement and maintain end-to-end automated solutions - Collaborate with the ServiceNow Global Development Team to address complex challenges and feature design on the ServiceNow platform - Contribute to solution fit, platform scalability, and implementation best practices - Define and maintain target architecture while enforcing engineering standards - Guide development teams, manage code quality control, and ensure alignment with target state architecture - Assist in triaging and resolving issues during all phases of development - Provide input on implementation design for complex features Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/BTech Comp Science, M.C.A - Experience Range: 12 years - 20 years - Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk & Compliance) - Foundational Skills: ServiceNow technical consulting and development experience, ITIL certification - Desired Skills: ServiceNow cloud platforms, architecture, and various technical aspects related to ServiceNow implementation and management - Work Timings: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 11.30 am - Job Location: Chennai/Hyderabad If you are seeking an opportunity to work on innovative solutions and contribute to the growth of a global organization, Bank of America welcomes you to join the team as a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect.,
