Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations. Develop various personas and create a strategy for user experience Ability to integrate AI into servicenow solutions thinking out fo the box and innovatively Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience: 8 plus years of experience as a servicenow Architect Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises. Necessary ServiceNow certifications At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow.
