ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer with strong scripting expertise and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and Angular scripting, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows using JavaScript and Angular scripting. - Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and scheduled jobs. - Develop custom ServiceNow applications and integrations with third-party tools. - Work on ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, TSM, or other modules based on business requirements. - Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. - Optimize ServiceNow performance and ensure best practices are followed. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and scripting. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Angular scripting. - Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, TSM, or other modules. - Expertise in workflow automation, scripting, and UI customization. - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow API integrations (REST/SOAP). - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, and security policies. - Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, and Widget development is a plus. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.,
